$10 Donation For June 26th- Yog On The Green

A YOGA SERIES focusing on specifics elements of the yoga system. Each week offers a different physical practice and discussion. 

Location: San Antonio- Medical Center Area (exact location will be shared with donation)

Time: 7:30p-9:00p

Week 1- June 12th: Mantras+Vinyasa

Week 2- June 19th: Pranayama+Hatha

Week 3- June 26th: Meditation+Ashtanga

What to expect: 

🔆 30 mins Discussion+ 1hr Physical Practice 

🔆 complimentary spring water in glass bottles and fresh fruit

🔆 complimentary yoga mats available 

🔆 option to lounge after practice in common areas or take a swim in pool until 9:30p (bring appropriate swimming attire)

🔆 restrooms available 

All classes are outside on well cared for turf. For rain or other weather issues, we will communicate by phone or text at least 2 hours before class for cancellations. Donations will be refunded unless verbally stated or put in writing declined by donater.
