Collection: Yoga Classes

Naturally Namaste offers curated yoga sessions led by Sheena Marie; certified and insured E-RYT, yoga instructor.

Sessions offered range between beginner to also Power Vinyasa—with a fusion of Hatha and Ashtanga elements. 

Classes begin with grounding, breath awareness and a warm up that will lead into the flow. 

Practitioners will be guided to use their breath in unison with their movements while being encouraged to take up space, drop their to-do lists and heavy expectations.
