Interested in practicing group yoga but not sure where to start? Naturally Namaste will be offering a 60 minute session at Global Fitness Studio in San Antonio, TX for the first time! This studio is primarily a fitness gym, offering a variety of  equipment and trainings for weight lifting, toning, and weight management. 
 
Our first session is donation based! Pay what you can in person, or opt to donate online in increments of $5! 

Fresh fruit and beverages will be provided by the studio!
